All new ProfitFlo accounts begin with a 7-day free trial. During this trial, you may explore the platform with no risk or obligation. If you do not wish to continue, simply cancel your account before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
After the trial, if you upgrade to a paid subscription, you're covered by our 30-Day Double-Down Guarantee. If your conversions do not improve
within the first 30 days of using ProfitFlo—and you’ve implemented the recommended setup steps—we will either:
Personally work with you to fix the issue, orIssue a full refund upon request.

Completed onboarding stepsIntegrated ProfitFlo into your lead flow. Provided reasonable access and feedback. We do not issue refunds based on:
Failure to implement, Change of mind, Lack of time to use the platform, Incomplete onboarding due to client inactivity
Your paid subscription will automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. You can cancel anytime via your client portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for unused time or partial billing periods once a cycle has started.
If you purchase services that include hands-on work (e.g., virtual assistant hours, funnel design, AI bot setup, consultations, etc.), those elements are considered non-refundable once delivered. If a project is not yet complete, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion.Any missed onboarding or consultation calls may be rescheduled, but no-shows without notice are considered completed appointments.
Submitting a chargeback without first contacting our support team is considered a breach of our service agreement and may result in account termination. If you believe there has been an error with billing, we ask that you first contact Hello@profitflo.com. We are happy to investigate and resolve any issues promptly.
Templates, courses, and downloadable resources are non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery. All purchases of these items are final unless otherwise stated.
