We’re excited to announce a new feature that enhances the experience for both businesses and their clients automated email notifications for invoices, estimates, and contracts inside the Client Portal.
This update ensures that your clients stay informed the moment a document is shared with them, making communication smoother and document access easier than ever. Plus, all key documents are now neatly organized within the portal.
🚀 What’s New?
For Client Portal Owners:
Enable or disable email notifications for each document type (Invoice, Estimate, Contract).
Customize email templates to personalize what your clients receive.
For Client Portal Users:
Choose to opt in or out of receiving email alerts when a new invoice, estimate, or contract is shared.
Receive tailored notifications highlighting the key details of each document.
✅ Access all shared documents in one clean, easy-to-navigate section of the Client Portal.
🛠️ How to Use It
👉 For Portal Owners:
Go to Sites → Client Portal or Memberships → Client Portal.
Navigate to Settings → Email Settings.
Based on the apps enabled in Client Portal Settings → App Permissions, notification settings will appear.
Toggle notifications on or off as needed.
Use the Default Email option to apply a custom template for each notification type.
👤 For Portal Users:
Click your Profile Icon in the top-right corner of your Client Portal homepage.
Select Manage Your Account.
In the sidebar, click on Notifications.
Scroll down to adjust your preferences for Invoice, Estimate, and Contract email notifications.
With this enhancement, you’ll never miss an important document again.
