Communication is key when you’re running a DJ business and now, staying connected with your clients is easier than ever. ProfitFlo just introduced a powerful new feature:
✨ Chat Widgets inside your Client Portal and Sub-Apps.
Whether it’s planning a wedding playlist or finalizing event details, your clients can now message you in real-time, directly from the portal they already use.
Setting it up is easy:
Go to Client Portal → Settings → Chat Widgets
Choose your chat widget from the dropdown
Select which sub-apps (like contracts, invoices, or event planning tools) should show the widget
Click “Save Settings” and that’s it!
Your chat will now show across both the Client Portal App and the GoKollab App.
🔄 Note: You can currently only add one chat widget per portal but you can control where it shows up (per sub-app). Multiple widgets aren’t supported (yet!).
DJs like you are always on the move but that doesn’t mean your clients should be left on “read.”
