With Conversation Views, you can save your most-used filters as reusable views, so you don’t have to rebuild them every time you open your inbox.
Conversation Views allow you to create saved inbox filters that instantly show specific groups of conversations.
They are perfect if you regularly check:
Unassigned conversations
Messages from a specific channel (SMS, WhatsApp, Email, etc.)
High-priority conversations based on tags

Once saved, each view becomes a one-click shortcut inside your inbox.
Setting up a view is quick and simple:
1️⃣ Open the Conversations Inbox
Go to the Views section in the Inbox panel.

2️⃣ Click “+ Create View”
Add the filters you need and give your view a clear name.


3️⃣ Save the View
Once saved, the view appears in the Inbox panel and automatically shows all conversations that match your filters.

From now on, switching focus takes just one click.
By default, Conversation Views are private only visible to the user who created them.
For teams, Admins can:
Share views with other users
