Booking shouldn’t feel overwhelming especially when you offer multiple services.
With the new Category-First Booking experience in Services, you can now guide customers to start by selecting a category before choosing a service.
Instead of showing a long list of options, you create a cleaner, more organized flow that feels natural and easy to navigate.
This update introduces a new way to structure your booking flow:
Customers select a category first (e.g., Hair, Spa, Wellness)
They then see only the services within that category
The booking experience becomes more focused and easier to follow
This approach mirrors how most businesses actually organize their offerings.
Customers begin their booking by choosing a category not a service.
This helps:
Simplify decision making
Reduce clutter
Improve navigation
You can enable this feature based on your business needs:
Go to Global Settings → Booking Page
Turn on Category-First Booking
If you don’t enable it, your booking flow remains exactly the same.
Once a category is selected:
Customers only see services within that category
Irrelevant options are hidden
The experience feels cleaner and more intentional
Customers can now:
Go back and select the same category
Or explore a different category
This makes multi-service bookings much smoother.
Categories are now more than just labels they’re part of the experience.

Categories without services are automatically hidden keeping everything clean.
